Recordings are anonymised — Clarity does not capture passwords, credit card numbers, or other sensitive input fields.

3.2 Functional and Security Cookies

These cookies are necessary for specific functional features of this website to operate. They are not subject to the analytics consent mechanism — they are loaded when the relevant feature is used (i.e. when you interact with the contact form).

Google reCAPTCHA v2

Google reCAPTCHA v2 is an anti-spam and fraud prevention service provided by Google LLC. It is integrated into our contact form to distinguish human visitors from automated bots, preventing spam submissions.

Note: reCAPTCHA also transmits your IP address, browser information, and interaction behaviour (mouse movements, timing) to Google's servers for risk scoring. This occurs when you interact with the contact form, regardless of your analytics cookie preference. By using the contact form, you acknowledge this processing. 3.3 Third-Party Resource Requests (No Cookie Set)

Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts, a typeface delivery service provided by Google LLC. Fonts are loaded via a CSS stylesheet request to Google's servers. Google Fonts does not set a persistent cookie on your device. However, each page load that includes a Google Fonts request transmits your IP address and browser information to Google's servers as part of the standard HTTP request.

3.4 Consent Cookie (Necessary — No Consent Required to Set)

This cookie is set by this website to record your response to the cookie consent banner. It is necessary for the consent mechanism to function — without it, the banner would reappear on every page visit and your preference could not be remembered.

Because this cookie's sole purpose is to record your own consent decision, it falls within the "necessary / functional" category and does not itself require prior consent to be set.

Note on category: The alphamatic_consent cookie is classified as Necessary. It is the mechanism by which consent is recorded and honoured. It does not track behaviour, collect personal data, or enable analytics. It is therefore exempt from the prior-consent requirement that applies to analytics and session-recording cookies (Sections 3.1 and 3.2).

4. How We Obtain Your Consent

We do not load analytics or session recording scripts before you have expressed a preference. This is a "prior consent" approach consistent with PDPA data subject consent requirements.
