- Analytics and session recording (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity): These services are only loaded after you have given your consent via the cookie consent banner on this website. Your consent to the loading of these cookies constitutes your consent to the associated transfer of data to Google's and Microsoft's servers in the United States, as required under Section 129(3) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. - reCAPTCHA (Google LLC): When you interact with the contact form, data is transmitted to Google's servers for spam prevention purposes. This processing is described in Section 5 above and in the Cookie Notice. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge this processing.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data (Retention)
Alphamatic Airconditioning retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and for such additional period as Alphamatic deems appropriate for its operational and legal requirements. Alphamatic reviews its data holdings and retention practices as it deems fit.
